Welcome to Environment and Climate Change Canada's Conflict Awareness for a Respectful Workplace session. Instilling a climate of trust within an organization goes hand in hand with a culture that promotes open dialogue where employees feel empowered to address their concerns and challenges.
The Conflict Awareness for a Respectful Workplace session supports the organization's efforts in this regard and aims to support employees in the prevention and management of conflicts in the workplace.
