Do you want to encourage feedback within your team and build a high-trust workplace? Are you confident and comfortable giving feedback? Do you tend to avoid difficult conversations? How open are you when receiving feedback?

This training session provides tips and tools to help you have frank, benevolent and respectful discussions with people in your workplace.

You will be invited to actively participate for the entire training session andwill be invited to have their camera on. Plan to be in a space that will not disturb other colleagues.

• Explore the DESC model, a structured approach for more effective communications.
