Description

This session is intended for employees who have been formally designated as InfoHub site owners and is designed to help you optimize your use of InfoHub in this role, while supporting effective, consistent, and compliant information management.

During this session, you will:

  • Understand the role and responsibilities of InfoHub site owners.
  • Learn how InfoHub supports a new way of working while fostering clear governance and effective collaboration.
  • Learn how to manage sites and libraries, including adding and removing members, creating security groups, and submitting site change requests.
  • Explore best practices for managing sites.
  • Discover the resources, tools, and support mechanisms available to assist you in your role as a site owner.
