Description

This training is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of authority and responsibilities under the Act. Participants will explore the specific provisions that govern powers and limitations under this legislation for analysts, learn about enforcement activities within the Enforcement Branch, and understand how the role of an analyst aligns with broader enforcement objectives.

 

Course Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the role and responsibilities of a Analyst under FA
  2. Understand and integrate the Certificate of Analyst in their work
  3. Understand proper evidence handling procedures
  4. Successfully complete the final exam to confirm their understanding of the material
