To register for this course, you must first complete the following:

 

Description

This training will give you information about your powers and the specific provisions in the Act that provide that authority. You will be able to learn about enforcement activities within the Enforcement Branch and how your role as an analyst fits in those areas.

 

Course Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the role and responsibilities of a WAPPRIITA Analyst
  2. Understand and integrate the Certificate of Analyst in their work
  3. Understand proper evidence handling procedures
  4. Identify the scope and limitations of their enforcement powers
  5. Recognize key enforcement activities and how to support them effectively
  6. Successfully complete the final exam to confirm their understanding of the material
