Description

The purpose of this course is to the provide basic information necessary to prepare fully designated Enforcement Officers of the Environmental Enforcement Directorate (EED) to enforce the Ozone-depleting Substances and Halocarbon Alternatives Regulations (ODSHAR), in accordance with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Mandate and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA).
