Description
This online training is part of a suite of introductory modules on risk management instruments, such as pollution prevention (P2) planning notices, codes of practice and release guidelines.
An Environmental Performance Agreement (EPA) is a voluntary (no enforceable requirements) and non-statutory instrument that allows parties with common goals to address environmental issue(s). In simple words, these are agreements that are negotiated directly with industry that commit certain sectors or companies to specific challenges or performance levels.
