• Introduce additional courses available to help prepare effective compliance promotion messages
• Know types of Compliance Promotion Materials & delivery mechanims; Messages product types: Benefits / Drawbacks / Considerations
• Measuring the Effectiveness of delivered activities
• Overview of the Compliance Promotion Database CPCRM and the reporting risk management final activity report
