Description
This course is designed to build on public sector values and ethics while being tailored to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). It offers essential information in an engaging format, including scenarios and questions that encourage reflection on real ethical dilemmas relevant to our work. The course also includes scenarios on harassment and violence prevention in accordance with ECCC’s Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy.
Throughout the course, you will be provided contacts and resources that are available at ECCC to support your ability to make ethical decisions that align with ECCC values.
As required by ECCC's Learning Policy, this training is mandatory and must be completed every three years by employees at all levels, including students and casuals.
