Description
This course provides an overview of MyGCHR, the people management system used at Environment and Climate Change Canada. The course is recommended for Human Resources professionals to learn the key concepts of the HR system, the main modules used by the classification and staffing community, and to review the critical fields that integrate to the Phoenix pay system.
The training requires three hours to complete and is composed of ten lessons. At the end, you will be asked to complete a quiz of seventeen questions to test your knowledge.
This course is a mandatory prerequisite for MyGCHR classroom training.
