• HRB-0007 - The OHS Framework and Due Diligence

Description

This training is open to ECCC employees only.

This is the second part of a six part mandatory training for all ECCC Supervisors, managers and executives.

At the end of Part 2, you will be able to:

1. Recognize the legal duties of employees, managers/supervisors, and work place OHS committees and representatives.
2. Apply knowledge of your roles and responsibilities to ensure compliance and exercise due diligence.
3. Take immediate action upon being informed of an OHS complaint or a Refusal of Dangerous Work and ensure timely resolution/investigation, record keeping and reporting.

The platform may take up to one hour to unlock the next part.
